Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary terms, promotional materials, or guidelines published by phfun777.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phfun777 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service or feature made available through phfun777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phfun777 Platform and must not register an Account or make any financial transaction through the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phfun777. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as they apply from the stated effective date.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the phfun777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during which you maintain an Account:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR under Philippine gaming law and is strictly enforced by phfun777. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and may result in criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law at the time you access the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through phfun777's responsible gaming tools or by any regulatory authority.
• Not on Exclusion Lists: You must not appear on any PAGCOR exclusion list or any court-ordered exclusion applicable to gaming platforms operating in the Philippines.
• Own Account: You must be acting on your own behalf. Opening or using a phfun777 Account on behalf of any third party is prohibited.

phfun777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or driver's license, at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified in the request may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus Credits held at the time of suspension.

Account Registration

To access the full range of phfun777 services, including real-money wagering, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant the following:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and email address — is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your Account information to maintain its accuracy and completeness at all times.
• You are registering for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You have not previously had a phfun777 Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active phfun777 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or through a shared device — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. phfun777 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and KYC cross-referencing to detect duplicate Accounts. Upon detection:

• All identified duplicate Accounts will be permanently suspended.
• All real-money Funds may be returned to the verified source payment method, less any associated transaction costs.
• All Bonus Credits associated with any duplicate Account will be voided without compensation.
• phfun777 may refer the matter to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities at its sole discretion.

If you already hold a phfun777 Account and have lost access to it, you must contact phfun777 support to recover that Account. You must not register a new Account as a substitute.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phfun777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, including family members, friends, or agents. phfun777 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify phfun777 immediately via the support channels on the Platform if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials. phfun777 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon verified notification.

phfun777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account before phfun777 receives notification of unauthorized access will be treated as authorized activity for which you bear responsibility.

Deposits

phfun777 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The available methods may change from time to time at phfun777's discretion and subject to the policies of the relevant payment providers.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Deposit Fees: phfun777 does not charge deposit fees for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Fees imposed by third-party banks or card networks are the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phfun777 Account within sixty (60) seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer times may vary.
• Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may trigger an AML review.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted in Philippine Peso only. phfun777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not operate foreign exchange services.

phfun777 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that is suspected to be fraudulent, associated with criminal activity, or in breach of these Terms or applicable Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as administered by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money Funds (excluding Bonus Credits subject to pending wagering requirements) at any time through the Cashier section of the phfun777 Platform, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, phfun777 will request alternative verification.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Prior to processing your first withdrawal and at phfun777's discretion thereafter, you will be required to complete a KYC verification process, which includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Processing Times: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. PayMaya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes. Bank transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours on business days.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply per VIP tier. Players may contact phfun777 support to inquire about limit adjustments available to higher-tier members.

Any Bonus Credits held in your Account at the time of a withdrawal request that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be included in the withdrawal amount and will remain subject to those requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

phfun777 offers various promotions, including but not limited to a welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, daily cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and minimum bet amounts are stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds may not be withdrawn.
• Time Limits: All promotions carry a stated validity period. Bonus credits not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per eligible player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution toward bonus requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Abuse Prevention: phfun777 reserves the right to void bonus credits and winnings derived therefrom where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Modification or Cancellation: phfun777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where circumstances require.

Game Rules & Conduct

All games available on the phfun777 Platform are subject to individual game rules, which are displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

phfun777 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are managed by professional dealers operating from licensed studio environments and are subject to additional live game rules displayed at each table.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or software error during a game, phfun777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet amount to the Player's Account. Where a game result is unclear due to a technical issue, phfun777's decision on the outcome shall be final and binding, subject to the Platform's internal review process.

Disputed Results

Any dispute relating to a game result must be submitted to phfun777 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed result. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. phfun777's adjudication of game disputes is final and shall not affect your rights under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phfun777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds as permitted by law, and may result in referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information at registration or during KYC; impersonating another person; misrepresenting your identity, age, or location.
• Money Laundering: Using phfun777 as a vehicle for the placement, layering, or integration of proceeds from illegal activity, in violation of the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets, access the Platform, or interact with any game or service.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating live betting strategies through external communication channels.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or any other unintended Platform behavior to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith after funds have been credited to your phfun777 Account and used for wagering.
• Underage Gambling: Permitting or facilitating the use of your phfun777 Account by any individual under the age of 21.

Responsible Gaming

phfun777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players and to supporting individuals who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss amounts over a defined period, after which wagering will be suspended until the next period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours; maximum 180 days). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from receiving phfun777 marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

phfun777 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, mandatory cooling-off periods, or account closures at its own discretion where it identifies indicators of problem gambling behavior, in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming obligations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phfun777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, design elements, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the property of phfun777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phfun777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, sell, or create derivative works of any Platform content without phfun777's prior written consent.

Game software provided by third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, or similar studios) is licensed to phfun777 and is subject to those providers' separate intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of such content may constitute a violation of those providers' rights in addition to phfun777's rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfun777's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

phfun777 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or data resulting from Platform unavailability or technical malfunction beyond phfun777's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your Account where the unauthorized access resulted from your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions).
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the phfun777 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phfun777's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Amendments to These Terms

phfun777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered Players via notice on the Platform and, where the changes are material, by email to the address registered on your Account. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated.

Your continued use of the phfun777 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the account closure procedure set out in the FAQ.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (the PAGCOR Charter as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before commencing formal legal proceedings. Where informal resolution is not achievable, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process prior to or in conjunction with court proceedings.
